I don’t know where to begin to explain how blessed I feel having the SERVPRO mitigation crew respond to my house after the terrifying experience of our house catching fire. Josh, Pedro, Jay, Becky, and Rene treated my family like their own family and went above and beyond the expectations to make sure all of my possessions were accounted for and helped to prevent further damage from happening to my home in the process. They worked long hours, weekends, whatever it took to get the job done, no matter what the weather may be. I was constantly updated on the progress of the mitigation process and they treated me with respect whenever I had a question. Water Loss HVAC condensation line backup. The property owner found the leak on 7/23/17 and started mitigation himself. He contacted us on 7/31/17 when a field rep. inspected the property.
